1. Acceptance of Conditions:

By making a purchase at Mecaring S.L., the customer fully accepts and without reservation the present General Terms of Sale.

 

2. Prices:

Prices are based on delivery from our warehouse, ex-works unless expressly stated otherwise in our quotation. Our offers are not fixed and their validity is subject to stock availability. Orders are only valid upon written confirmation from us. Any modification to the ongoing order of the above clauses, as well as any price adjustment by our subcontractors, even after the invoice has been issued, will result in a corresponding price adjustment.

 

3. Purchase Process:

The purchase process consists of the following steps: product selection, order confirmation via email, entering shipping and billing information, choosing the payment method, and final confirmation. Once completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the provided email address, and payment will be made in advance or within the agreed upon timeframe.

 

4. Delivery Time:

Unless there are special and explicit guarantees, delivery dates stipulated by the buyer are not binding, and a delay in shipment shall not expose the seller to claims for damages.

 

5. Force Majeure:

6. Payment:

Accepted payment methods are indicated during the purchasing process. Mecaring S.L. guarantees the security and confidentiality of the information provided during the transaction.

 

7. Shipments:

Shipping times and costs are specified during the purchasing process. Mecaring S.L. endeavors to meet delivery deadlines, but shall not be held responsible for unforeseen delays.

 

8. 8. All dimensions mentioned in this catalog are theoretical approximate values. There may be slight differences due to production limitations.

 

 

9. The surfaces to which adhesive products can be applied depend greatly on their compatibility with the adhesive used. The surface to which the adhesive is applied must be clean, dry, and free of any residue. It is recommended to perform tests before purchasing any of our products.

 

10. Claims:

ny claims must be submitted within 5 days from the delivery date and solely in writing. Monetary compensations shall not exceed the invoice amount under any circumstances. We cannot accept claims for residues, for damages valued less than 5% of the order, or for materials that have been used or modified by the buyer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

11. Warranty:

Mecaring S.L. guarantees the quality of its products. In case of manufacturing defects, warranty conditions will apply as established by law.

 

12. Privacy and Data Protection:

The information provided during the purchasing process is used solely for commercial purposes and is not shared with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

 

13. Modification of Conditions:

Mecaring S.L. reserves the right to modify these General Terms of Sale at any time. The modifications will come into effect upon their publication on the website.

 

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

These General Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in relation to these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain.
