1. Acceptance of Conditions:

By making a purchase at Mecaring S.L., the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these General Conditions of Sale.

 

2. Prices:

Prices correspond to delivery from our warehouse, freight collect, unless expressly stated otherwise in our quote. Our offers are not fixed and their validity is subject to availability. Orders are only valid upon written confirmation from us. Any modification to the above clauses during the order process, as well as any price adjustment by our subcontractors, even after the invoice has been issued, will result in a corresponding price adjustment.

 

3. Purchase Process:

The purchasing process consists of the following steps: product selection, order confirmation via email, entry of shipping and billing information, choice of payment method, and final confirmation. Once completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided, and payment will be processed in advance or at the agreed-upon time.

 

4. Delivery time:

Unless there are special and explicit guarantees, delivery dates stipulated by the buyer are not binding and a delay in shipment cannot expose the seller to claims for damages.

 

5. Force majeure:

Force majeure and, in general, any event beyond our control that prevents us from fulfilling our commitments exempt us from fulfilling them without further consequences.

Shipping times and costs are specified during the purchase process. Mecaring S.L. strives to meet delivery deadlines, but is not responsible for unforeseen delays.

9. The surfaces on which self-adhesive products can be applied depend greatly on their compatibility with the adhesive used. The surface to which the adhesive is applied must be clean, dry, and free of any residue. Testing is recommended before purchasing any of our products.

 

 

10. Claims:

Any claim must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date and only in writing. Financial compensation will not exceed the invoice amount. We cannot accept claims for waste, damage valued at less than 5% of the order, or materials that have been used or modified by the buyer. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

11. Warranty:

Mecaring S.L. guarantees the quality of its products. In the event of manufacturing defects, the warranty conditions established by law will apply.
